Prue holds a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws from the University of Melbourne, a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance, and is a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia. She is a qualified executive coach and facilitator and has undertaken significant spiritual formation, including completing the full Spiritual Exercises of St Ignatius.
Prue is the co-founder of Grace Papers, a gender equality advisory and workforce analytics firm focused on delivering measurable improvements in retention, progression and pay equity. Partnering with ASX-listed companies, government departments and national sporting bodies, Grace Papers identifies systemic barriers to women’s advancement and implements targeted, evidence-based interventions to strengthen leadership accountability and prevent discrimination.
Over the past decade, the organisation’s work has contributed to reducing the turnover of women on parental leave in Australia from 30% to 7% - a nationally significant shift in workforce participation, leadership continuity and economic security for families. Its impact extends across corporate, government and sporting sectors, influencing policy, practice and public dialogue on gender equality.
Grace Papers has received national recognition, including the Australian Human Rights Business Award and Westpac’s 200 Businesses of the Future. Prue has been named an Australian Financial Review Women of Influence (Diversity & Inclusion), a LinkedIn Top Voice for Gender Equity, and recognised by Marie Claire and Vogue as a “Game Changer” for advancing anti-discrimination reform.
She has served on the boards of Magis, the AFL Players’ Association (Women’s League) and Jesuit Mission.
